The price you pay to buy a property includes a commission fee for buyer's and seller's real estate agents. The fee could be 2 to 3 percent of the purchase price for each side. This fee is used to cover various costs, such as realtors' office location, staffing, search, and showing services. Today, most people pay the fee (knowingly or unknowingly) even if they do not use most of these service. We want to change this! You should not pay for services you do not use! |
